I can only recommend it with the family! Large and very tasty menus. Even spontaneous visits to 8 are possible. The spirits alone are a world of their own. We wish everyone a good survival of the Corona period.

Nothing works without a reservation. But once you're inside, believe me, the food is really amazing. I haven't eaten that good in a long time. Highly Recommended . Price performance is absolutely okay.

Very bad "service", if you can still speak of service here. You call to reserve a table and get the statement that you do not need to reserve ... of course it turned out as it should ... you go there without a reservation, and the first question when entering the restaurant ... " have you made a reservation? ”... Great!

The food was very good and plentiful, including a schnapps on the house. Nevertheless, I would deduct a star because you shouldn't really have to wait 20 minutes for an ordered table.

Perfect! Very pleasant atmosphere, great service and really delicious food. The portions are more than generous and the food was on point. Extra requests for the side dishes were also no problem. With the bill there was an espresso for everyone on the house. Clearly to be recommended!

Whether fish or meat ... Kudos to the kitchen, it was a pleasure. The service is in a good mood and works great.

Don't like young children. Were sent straight away again ... your kitchen wouldn't give it up. 2 minutes later there were places for another group ... they just didn't have any children with them ... very unfriendly

After waiting for the first hour with a small child, we asked in a friendly manner. Our food was forgotten. That can happen, I have no problem with that. But there was not even an apology and only the snippy answer came, whether we want to eat anything at all. Really not a nice situation with a small child. When the food finally came, my husband also had the wrong food. When we asked, we didn't even get an answer. The food was mediocre. There are definitely better restaurants in town. In addition, the waiters don't even try to comply with the hygiene rules!

Dogs not allowed - it says on a small sign (in the middle of the Corona sign forest), but that we didn't see it because we came from the other side of the street. And even though the dogs were still standing outside the restaurant area with a person, we were turned away with a very, very unfriendly tone, “it was everywhere”. It's ok, we are happy to accept that, but the almost condescending tone has now prevented us from coming back without the dogs.

The location is very nice. Unfortunately we had to wait about 10 minutes for the waitress and another 30 minutes for our drinks. It's just too long for it to be visited very clearly. In addition, no dogs are allowed even outside.

Very tasty can only be recommended! Large portions, good value for money! 👍

The food was very good. The portions were ample. We were seated outside in the side aisle, right next to the regulars' table. From there you were constantly fogged with cigarette smoke. In 2020 a little bit out of time. The service specialist was alone, which unfortunately had a direct impact on the service.

We had herring and labskaus. Both were unbeatably delicious, first class. Congratulations !!! Seldom eaten so well. The service was great, the boss exemplary and super nice .. Please keep it up .. The location is very quaint, nice and dignified. We would love to come back ..

Everything was very tasty, cozy, beautiful view of the harbor. Friendly staff. Food is superb!

So the food was really tasty and plentiful; we had baked potatoes with plaice or with fried fish. The price is also perfectly okay and you sit right at the harbor. The atmosphere is also special - you don't necessarily get the impression that you are happy about every guest here. For us it was certainly because the waiter had to serve the entire outdoor area alone. We felt a little sorry for him.

First of all: Everything fits here. The boss always has a smile on his face and even when we needed a little longer, everything was very relaxed. The food is awesome then. Delicious and hard to create! Especially the surprise plate was the sensation. That's easily enough for two and, like everything else, is super tasty. At these prices, right on the water, an absolute recommendation.

Very very long waiting time to get a table. Long time passed until we were asked to order and after long we finally got food. They mixed up our order (2 glasses of wine instead of 1), looked very angry but did not make us pay (we were not too sure till the end). Fortunately my friend speaks German otherwise we would be treated even worse (if possible). The food is ok. Customer service is a concept fully unfamiliar to this place. Looks like they gave us a favour to take our money. Thanks for that🙂

Actually, you shouldn't leave a positive rating here to prevent more people from coming to this really EXCELLENT fish restaurant! Very good cuisine, nice service but unfortunately there are always waiting times for places or for food. But it's worth it! (No reservation possible)

There was nothing to complain about, apart from the somewhat longer waiting time. Restaurant was full, so it is understandable if it takes a little longer due to the kitchen. Staff very friendly, the boss had exactly our sense of humor 😊 The food was wonderful. A clear recommendation from us, gladly again!

Very nice location, right on the harbor. Very good food in a large selection at reasonable prices. Very decorative plates. Unfortunately, the beer is relatively expensive. Always very well attended and it is not always easy to get a seat. It is best not to try during the main meal times. I think it is also not possible to make a reservation in advance. Definitely worth a visit. I will definitely come back soon.

I had a lot of expectations. Fish was not so well prepared.Shame because the place is nice close to the port.

Summary: simply bad Food: roasted potatoes are black and grey and fatty, fish overdone Service: none really a professional

We were served today by an extremely overweight waiter, who moved like each step could be his last. He was remarkably unfriendly, took 15 minutes to bring us a menu, and then appeared angry when we asked for cutlery to eat our meal (which took a lifetime to arrive and was cold because we had to wait so long for said cutlery).

Very good experience. Nice welcome very good waiter we dont talk German and waiter spent a bit of time with us and advised us what to have , we couldn't fault it at all. Well worth a visit. Food excellent.

An unfortunate and unpleasant choice. Long story short, we waited over there for +1 hour for nothing more than rude and bad-mannered person fighting us. Why? After 45 minutes waiting, we asked about how long it will take, they said 10 minutes. After 10 minutes (55 minutes waiting), we asked again, they said food is coming. When we reach the hour and were no signal of the food (couple of paninis and soup), we went to the casher for the bill of the drinks and asked them to forget the food. The guy in charge of the place, instead trying to give any explanation, start arguing that we have ordered and must pay for the food even if it is not coming… they were not accepting the payment of the drinks, so my wife insist to pay for it while the guy in charge was refusing all the time and insisting we must wait till the food arrives. Suddenly, after 5 minutes or so arguing, they bring a sandwich and a soup plate, the guy in charge yelled to the waiter to look for a table and leave the food in there, and shouted to us to seat down in another table and eat the food or he will call the police, at this point the situation become more that bizarre, therefore I replied to this person to go ahead and call the police, because it was too much. And then, he started shouting that I must talk in German because I was in Germany and those kind of things that nobody wants to listen… and of course becoming very violent before kicked us out.

Although the food is great, the service can leave a sour aftertaste. At some point the waiter told us that we would have to tell him in advance that we wanted to pay with credit card...probably because he was too lazy to get the card machine. Turns out paying with card isn’t a problem.

The food is great 👌but it's important to remember that you need try to speak German. And if you want to eat there remember to order from a hotel. It's a popular place you nedd a reservation.

We had a great dinner at this restaurant, and the service was very friendly! We had to wait 20 minutes for a beer at one point, but they were very apologetic, and offered us two extra beers and a bunch of schnapps on the house! We were so stuffed on good quality food and drink, we would definitely return!

We came here around 14.00 on Sunday and it was pretty busy. A very cosy restaurant with warm atmosphere, which gives you the feeling of a family restaurant. It is decorated with sailing equipment and ships and of course everything is wooden. The service was super friendly and efficient. We ordered 2 glasses of wine (ostsee) ,which was very refreshing and tasteful. For our main dishes we had the Kapitänsteller and Heilbut /Zander Filet with vegetables and Bratkartoffeln. To be honest it was ok... not the best we had in Stralsund. Everything was little bit too fatty for our taste and the fish wasn't that crispy. Overall it is very nice to be there and for sure we are coming back

Decent restaurant, a bit overpriced taking quality, service and warmth of the food into consideration...

Good food. Good atmosphere

Hearty food (large portions!) and friendly service. Serves lunch even at 13:30, which is apparently unusual in this neighborhood.
